Working principle

Structural composition

Among them, the i3200-a1 print head has 3,200 nozzles, supports 4 water-based ink channels and variable ink drop technology for grayscale printing, printing speed and high stability; The i1600-a1 print head has 1600 nozzles and is suitable for small DTF printers, which has similar specifications to the i3200-a1 in terms of size, nozzle resolution and ink drop injection performance, but the printing speed is relatively slow; The f1080 nozzle offers 6-channel printing and can print in 7 colors, and is commonly used in small desktop DTF printers with relatively low print resolution, speed and durability, but is less expensive.

Ink supply system: responsible for providing a stable ink supply to the print nozzle, ensuring the continuity and uniformity of the ink during the printing process. Generally, large-capacity ink cartridges or ink bottles are used, and they are equipped with corresponding ink filtration and circulation devices to prevent ink from clogging the nozzle and settling.
