Product Overview
DS-GA1212 is heavy-duty 12-head multi-function industrial embroidery machine independently developed by DISEN for large garment factories, uniform manufacturers and souvenir mass-processing workshops. Equipped with Topwisdom intelligent control system, it supports simultaneous 12 groups of independent embroidery operation, which greatly improves daily production output compared with single-head and 6-head embroidery machines.
The machine supports optional 12 or 15 needle configurations, with a 400*450mm single embroidery area, compatible with flat fabric, baseball caps, finished garments, shoes, belts, bags and 3D raised embroidery. Built-in full intelligent functions including auto thread trimming, automatic color change, thread break detection, power-off resume stitching and large capacity pattern storage.
The whole machine adopts thick heavy steel frame with mobile anti-vibration casters, stable high-speed operation up to 1200 stitches per minute without pattern deviation. Dual 110V/220V wide voltage design meets power standards across Europe, America, Southeast Asia and Middle East countries. Complete standard accessory kits are delivered free together with the machine, reducing extra purchasing costs for factory owners.

Fitted with a 10-inch high-definition true-color touch screen. The multilingual control panel supports USB and WiFi pattern import. Operators can adjust speed, stitch parameters and monitor working status in real time, bringing simple operation and stable long-term running performance.
Multi-head Synchronous Embroidery Mechanism
Twelve independent embroidery heads work synchronously with balanced thread tension. Optional 12/15 needle setup meets multi-color pattern requirements. It supports up to 1200 SPM high-speed stitching, effectively avoiding skipped stitches and pattern offset during mass production.
270° Wide-Angle Cap Embroidery Attachment
Specially designed curved embroidery fixture fits baseball caps and trucker hats. It prevents pattern distortion on curved surfaces. Combined with various flat hoops, the machine realizes one device for caps, garments, shoes and fabric flat embroidery.
Thickened Anti-vibration Machine Frame
Constructed with heavy welded steel structure. Equipped with lockable mobile casters to reduce vibration at high speed. The solid base guarantees stable operation for all-day continuous production and extends the service life of core components.
