The 38*38 working size is suitable for most fabric transfers, such as small pillows, T-shirts, coats, and so on. Below, there is a silicone pad to prevent the machine from getting damaged or deformed by heat.
Pressure control
Adjusting the pressure is to ensure that the transferred pattern is clear, firm and does not damage the substrate. Different materials, thicknesses and types of transfer films require matching appropriate pressure.
Multi-material transfer printing
The heat press machine is suitable for transferring patterns onto DTF film and sublimation paper. Different printing media require different temperatures and times. The heat press machine can preset the temperature and automatically heat up.

Working process
1.Prepare the finished DTF transfer film with printed patterns, cut it to fit the layout of your T-shirt.
2.Lay the cotton, blended or dark-color T-shirt flat on the heating platen of the flat heat press, smooth out all wrinkles to avoid flawed prints.
3.Place the cut DTF film face down on the target position of the garment, align the pattern precisely.
4.Cover the film with a heat-resistant silicone paper to protect both the print and heating plate.
5.Set the heat press parameters: temperature 150–160°C, medium-firm pressure, pre-pressing time 10–15 seconds. Close the heating plate tightly and start pressing.
6.After the countdown finishes, lift the plate open. Peel off the DTF backing film accordingly—hot peel for hot-peel DTF film, cold peel for cold-peel types.
7.Cover the printed area with silicone paper again and perform a secondary press for 5–10 seconds to strengthen adhesion, making the print soft and wash-resistant.
8.Take out the T-shirt, let it cool naturally, then check the pattern for complete transfer without cracks or peeling.
