How to conduct sample testing?
You can send us the pictures you need to print, and we can help you print them out and transfer them to clothes or fabrics. If you need heat transfer to your own clothes, you need to send it to us by Courier.
How to install the machine?
We provide lifelong after-sales service, including product installation, teaching, use. We have product installation instructions in English, in addition to video teaching, real installation shooting. A technician will help you through the installation process.
How do I know the shipping charges?
If you do not have a forwarder, you can give me your detailed address, and we will contact the logistics company we cooperate with to check the freight, which will be more reasonable and safer for you.
