Working process

Design processing: Design patterns according to the flag size (in CMYK mode, including bleed area), and export in compatible formats (such as PDF, JPG).

Material preparation: Iron the fabric, apply the coating (as needed), ensure it is dry and flat; Check the printer ink and nozzle condition (no clogged nozzles).

Loading calibration: Fix the fabric on the feeding table, align with the positioning lines; Calibrate the equipment (anti-slip, nozzle detection).

Parameter setting: Import the file, select the printing mode (precision / speed), ink type, match the fabric characteristics (such as mesh fabric leakage prevention mode).

Trial printing adjustment: Use scraps for trial printing, check the color, adhesion, and clarity, fine-tune the parameters.

Official printing: Start the equipment, monitor the feeding and nozzle status, cooperate with drying (as needed).

Post-processing: After drying, cut, punch / edge stitch, final quality inspection.
